In less than 5 minutes or so, after the song being announced by SMRTV, the Eurovision official website posted tne news about San Marino's entry. They knew about it; they were just waiting for the announcement. If this gets disqualifed is because of "injustice" claims, concerning the rules (equal rules for everybody, blah blah). I believe EBU isn't ready to handle the presure if it happens. But I'm sure they knew about the Facebook uh oh oh thing LOL.

No no no, he was wrong. EBU doesn't have any say in the entries in our national selections, they only judge the submitted ones.
I'm sure they did. I have only one explanation if it doesnt get disqualified: Facebook has already paid for it and EBU enjoys it's cut already
This has already been reposted by someone on my Facebook (uh oh oh)
I think its the start of something big

They should change the lyrics to "Network, Uh, Oh, Oh". This way they can keep this brilliant piece of art without risking disqualification
The song is against the rules. That is fact. If the EBU does nothing, then I expect other countries to protest about it. It's just a cheap way to get attention. Attention they will get regardless of whether this gets thrown out or not. From that perspective it is a stroke of genius.

Network would work good in the place of "Facebook" and not out of place at all.
Not if they change "Facebook" to "Network"
And yes, this IS genius! We're all fooled! Everyone were awaiting some sleepy elevator-jazz and a sure non-qualifier from San Marino again, this way they got people even know about the country's existence!
What I'm saying, is that AT THE MOMENT this song is illegal. Who's to say they don't have an edited version conveniently standing by? And judging by this forum, the song is having the desired effect. People are talking about it.
