and I can tell you that a committed relationship isn’t a guarantee for the D either. Due to Covid not even an open relationship is a guarantee for vitamin D…. Also I am very picky so that doesn’t help.

I'm in the exact same boat... And my smart ass was very active this winter because I as lacking vitamin D for a long while and thought "let's quickly (and safely) get some before the lockdown comes" and the lockdown never came... neither did I.
