I dobut that Evanggelinos & DreamTeam will overstaging him like 2016; seeing how the & juries will rate him low as they prefer the voices of Jamala or Dami Im (and even Emir and Ira Losco) cause they know that the new tecnology will hidde the ''pretensiocity'' of the song that DreamTeam already had prepared to them, they will be more tactical.

Every place from 2 to 5 is completely certain and safe.
But also victory is impossible, except in the theoretical sense.
There is no need to explain the reasons. Therefore, in my opinion, Russia should not appear on esc.

Not every year the TV-Winner can be the overall winner with the 50/50 voting. Everyone who paid attention in mathematics should know this. Sergey was no victim of political voting. Il Volo won Tv much clearlier without Millions of immigrants and didnt wim because of Juries. So please lets not pretend that russia is the victim of political voting while theyre the biggest winner

I love that youre saying it, because gosh, people say he was robbed by the juries and so on. Lets be real for once .. a dated song overdone by a performance that hid an average 101-song, was meant to be crashed by the judges. :? I think it was just fair. Nonetheless I do like Sergey, I just want him to have a modern song thats easy on the ears, or a good ballad, but something modern and not so "2000 or whatever (uah)" see what I did there

I personally said that Russia is not going to win! I never said that Sergey lost for political reasons. And anyway juries have the right to dislike Russia's entries!

It was quite obvious that this was a geopolitical boycott.

It's completely clear and that's how it will be this year.

That's why I said that Russia should not participate in the esc.

To have a clear victory from the all audience (including west audinece) but the " western " jury is massively boycotting with zero points (not 1 ,2 or 3 points) and it is a pure and huge conspiracy , in favor of Ukraine = huge geopolitical project , although it is relatively irrelevant and marginal.

Jamala would not have won that it was not Russia.EBU has barely managed to install victory UKR.

It was therefore necessary to Serge's song it gets (from jury) not low points, but pure zero !

It's not a coincidence !!! So it will be this year too !!!


This is a Russian test for Western Europe...so again, the same target , same distance = Sergej Lazarev Is that a coincidence? It's not

Yesterday I checked detailed voting of jury in 2016 on eurovision.tv site, and actually some Eastern European jury (Serbian one for example) placed Jamala much higher than Sergey..
On the other hand some Western European juries did vice versa..

There were juries in 2012! And looking back on the stats, they placed Russia 11th, apparently (as opposed to 2nd in the televote).

But there were only 79 points between 2nd (Serbia) and 11th (Russia) in the jury vote, as opposed a full 121 points separating 2nd (Russia) and 3rd (Serbia) in the televotes.

So the televotes were much more powerful up the top that year, I guess, to the extent where somehow had 2nd in the televote + 11th in the jury vote still average out to 2nd overall

And our jury for example put Jamala first..he barely got some points form our jury..

Oh but how would you explain Moldova giving Russia 12 televoting points? Azerbaijan? Armenia? Bulgaria? Serbia? Ukraine? Latvia? Estonia? ALL are countries that are either close to Russia and/or have a significant Russian diaspora. It's very convenient to blame political voting when it doesn't benefit you. You don't seem to realise that Russia's one of the countries that have benefited the most from political voting over the years, so the juries not giving Russia points only evens it out.

Also you seem to be forgetting that Polina placed THIRD with the juries the year before, even though Russia was already a huge political villain back in 2015. What's the difference? Polina had a good song and a great emotional performance, as cheesy as it was. Sergey's song was just a lifeless Kirkorov schlager with modern production, nothing more.

Because of Kontoupoulos and Evangelinos.

Last year those Jurors also put Azerbaijan in the Top2 and their Enemy Armenia in the Bottom2
