Maybe Iceland is right before because there is nothing to put or take of the stage so it will be easier to set up the staging for Sweden, but then again, maybe Austria just made a secret deal with the nordics :)

Tin foil hat.....

The Nordics pretty much control the contest and all the behind the scene happenings for the last three years or so, so the secret deal (if there is any) really isn't much of a secret...its an open secret

I don't see anything bad with Iceland starting 12-th. This position is much better than 1-8-th.
I disagree with San Marino. They are always in the first half so it's much more difficult to qualify from that positions. I's unfair. Also Malta and Greece got bad position  . There will be danger for them to fail.
First semi is worse then second for me. Only 3 entries I like. So any sense to see it.:(

Moldova first  How many people will turn off the TV while saying "well, I guess we don't have to watch Eurovision tonight..."

:dk: Denmark is singing after big-favorite Russia and Albania after us.
Damn the break is needed for us, but Albania might steal "our" thunder - But i'm cheering for :al: Albania. Good slot - hope Albania qualify!

What idiot thought that :md: should open the show?! Anywho, semi-final running orders don't mean that much really. In 2012 :se: had #11 and now we have #13 and Sanna had #13 last year, is it a sign? :D

Other than that I think :be: and :sl: got the best running orders

It's not just about what number you are on stage, but also about who you're between, so Iceland is in trouble when it comes to that, While Estonia is in a good spot even though they're #7 because of the ballad from Greece being before them and F.Y.R. Macedonia's song after them.

Since the draws aren't random anymore, there is no sign

I think Iceland may fail. It would be difficult for them coming right after Israel, Latvia and Azerbaijan and just before biggest fan favourite - Sweden. xshrug

Ireland :( well Birgit somehow managed to qualify from the same position in 2013, I hope Molly can do the same!

I think the draw is quite good, both semi finals are very open :D

Everyone want to avoid Sweden :p

I understand why. Probably because the performance will get a lot of attention and make the performance right after tiny in comparison (like :ee: in 2011 performing after Saade and the glasscage )
