True, but now that I've put all the votes into scorewiz I now DO know who has won it.

I'm just going to start screencapping them and uploading them on photobucket.

The results might be tonight (it's possible) or tomorrow depends on how quick I get through everything

I find it weird myself, as well, how high it is. In FSC, isn't it 20 points only (no percentages?)? :shock: :?

I think it's ok. BJSC has 33% and one time when I qualified from the semi even though I didn't vote!

That's something that's occured to me a whole bunch of times: has anyone been able to qualify/win even though they've not voted?

A song would need about 720 points to win and not vote, realistically

And about 240 to qualify, so I doubt it

But I'm willing to be proven wrong

There had been debates in the past about possibly changing it, but this is one NSC rule that has stood the test of time, ever since NSC 1

So if it's so impossible to qualify with a penalty......

why not just make it instant dnq in the semi for not voting? It's pretty much the same thing just a different name....
