You should definitely send out reminders, i think quite a few people will have simply forgotten A lot of people vote literally minutes before the deadline too, whenever you choose it to be, so you shouldn't be too worried. I think extending it by 1 day and sending out reminders tonight is a good plan.

Hey Sean, just a suggestion, it's generally best not to announce extensions until after the first deadline passes imo You'd be surprised by the number of nations who would've done it in this last hour, but now they won;t cos they know about the extension
