Ok, I am addicted to this song. I don't know what is happening, but I can't stop listening to it. I just hope they work very well on the staging to pass on the message and transmit this song's magic, because that's the only way I believe we can get through to the final and I need that to happen so I don't lose this wonderful song in the semi-finals.

Maro was my ULTIMATE NO1 in 2022
Then I wasn't too keen on MimiCat im 2023, Im 2024 I also didnt like Iolanda much, it was all right, but I never fell in love with it.. This one is my current #5 of 2025 edition and I love it from the beginning. ❤️ I would love for it to qualify... Like Black Mamba did in 2021, when I was sure they will, and nobody believed me... 💪🏾💚❤️

They were hanging out with the georgian representative. Seems they had a dinner together in Geneve.

Why not?
Social media are overreacting in the case of 🇬🇪... And going further and further in the divisions nobody needs today..

Josh is coming for Manchester's pre-party on 12 April.
Previously, Mimicat was confirmed for an OGAE event in Amsterdam on the day before Eurovision in Concert.
It is good that we are starting to export Eurovision bubble artists. Henka should do something eurovision related in the UK till May, as well.
Mimicat has a solid career in Portugal with shows, theatre, and advertisement campaigns. So, she is not in the Hera Bjork league. xlmao

Dear Portuguese mates, is there any inside info about our staging? Someone told me about the hiring process of a "famous staging director" for this year's edition. However, I can not find anything about it and RTP is so cheap... it would be weird.

They also had 5 days, at most, to send the info regarding the staging to EBU.
I don't see how they would hire someone in such a small window, unless that someone was the person behind Fernando Daniel's staging. Him and Napa share the same record label, they could also foot the bill.
In any case I would keep my expectations at ground level.

Sidenote, a curiosity, Henka and Adonxs are both nominated for the Best Performer/Actor in the Berlin Music Video Awards. She for her perfomance in the videoclip "I'm a God" and he for his performance in "Kiss Kiss Goodbye".

Anyone saw the “PROVEDOR RTP” today? I think it was about FdC

Last thursday. These guys are 18-23 yold. The song is a real trend.
It's my university, I just didn't go to that party :ROFLMAO:

But clearly, this will be the Portuguese Eurovision song most listened to by young Portuguese people ever, I’d say ahah — and it’s going to be played over and over again at all the university festivals (‘queimas’) 😂

NAPA will have a good run after Eurovision, because they really have the potential to become a ‘famous’ band here — kind of in the style of Capitão Fausto, I’d say (also very loved by young people)

So about the PROVEDOR show... basically I find it really hard to believe things will change next year.

Madaíl admited the spokeperson from Madeira wasn't very ethic when announcing the points and he also stated that besides the Madeira jury giving the 12 to someone from their own region, that it also happened with two more juries. I'm unsure if he said with the intention of saying it was a problem or if it was just a coincidence but I'm more incline to the last one.

He also said the jury is important to prevent someone winning massively just because of a fan phenomenon or just because someone is famous or because of something that is fabricated. Which I agree obviously.

But the subject of changing jury to a different format or an international jury with zero connections with the artists was never mentioned.

Honestly I find it really hard to believe something will change when Madaíl admits that they choose people "from the portuguese music and culture scene". It's like they always fail to realize that FdC is to choose the song that represents Portugal in an international event. So basically the only thing that will probably change is that RTP won't allow the jury to talk. They just present the points and that's it.

Depending on the others, it should be #6/#7 because Deslocado is a great song to set the mood for the loud 2nd half. However, I am feeling a #3
