Hopefully Don't Walk Away qualifies, but it needs a better performance in the final. Those dancers were too much, they distract a bit from the song!

If some kind of crazy circumstance should arise (something like Salvador getting stuck in an avalanche for four months) then I will accept song number 5, Helena Kendall's "Andamos no céu" as Portugal's entry. That was absolutely beautiful. Sounded like a great lost singer-songwriter classic. So my kind of thing. I super loved it and it would become my number 1 of 2017. Gosh, you've got two chances now to be my favourite this year Portugal. Don't mess this up!

I don't know. Portugal's semi is full of ballads, a upbeat folksy song like this could actually do quite well! But I don't see it winning FdC this year.
