How exactly a song like this can be a winner in any competition is beyond my comprehension. Not because it's a bad song, but because it is soooo insignificant and anonymous. When I typed in her name in the youtube search bar the first thing that popped up was "leonor andrade the voice". So I reckon that's the explanation for her win....

Anyway, the chorus is actually very pretty, but the verses are just filler in my ears. Looks like another non-qualifier. I think Portugal sucks in Eurovision. There I said it. Sorry.

They got rid of a song that actually made me shed a real tear the other day. In it's place are three songs that would actually make me cry for the wrong reasons if I was forced to listen to them more than once or twice. I lament, I really do. I think the choices this year can't get any worse but they do. At least we provided some comedy tonight.. Ski bi di bi di do bap do Beige from Portugal incoming1


edit: and there it is. The song I disliked the most has won..... AGAIN! For like the gazillionth time this NF season. Interesting songs but oh no, lets go with something that has the passion of a grain of rice, and is about just as interesting.

Come on, sleep on it and tomorrow give it another go. I'm sure you will love it in the end like I do. Lots of passion in it, of the angry type., not so many around in a similar style.
