Simone's song was powerfully interpreted but still very dull to listen to. I can't see Europe voting for this unless it's for pity.

First semi was better so far actually, imo.

I'd vote for it because I feel every last ounce of emotion, the pain and longing being poured into it. What a beautiful song and interpretation of it. I'm quite overwhelmed by it actually...

xcry1 I did tear up.

And I don't know how they manage to be like this each and every year, they really cannot see that those days are over? Are they living in a jar or something? It's good to have some old feeling from time to time, but this is a bit surreal.

I think one exception was FDC 2010 with Vanessa, Catarina and Filipa.
But this year is worrying me, it sounds so old fashioned...

Gosh I couldn't blieve...and that music is s different to all other songs we heard, it's composition from fairytale, and her voice in combination with violins and chelo ..everything was...I can't describe with words.. xcry

After hearing it, I don't even want Yola anymore. My heart wants Simone. It's rare to find a song as poignant and touching, not just at Eurovision but anywhere. What an incredible performer she is.

Simone's song is really beautiful. It has charm and I would feel proud with this representing us, I must confess this. Being old and singing does not make us feel pity for the singer. Getting old is only natural. And in this particular case, I was completely taken by Simone's performance and emotion. xrose

Oh god! By far the worst festival RTP pulled of.

I kinda liked Simone. her performance saves the song. i would actually like to see her on esc.

But festival us sh*t as hell! It gets worse every year.

There are several songs that can help Portugal qualifying to the Final.
From 1st Semi only Yola.
From 2nd the old lady, the last girl, and maybe the second song.

Well, I'm disappointed... Such good singers with crap songs. Diana is just one of them...

My TOP:
1. José Freitas
2. Diana Piedade
3. Simone de Oliveira
4. Filipe Gonçalves
5. Teresa Radamanto
6. Rubi Machado

I need to hear them again.
