Sorry to both camps, but to my ears the songs of Catarina and Suzy sound quite similar. I can see both camps loving/liking the the other camp's song. Why so much hate?
It's just that Mea Culpa sounds more European dance and also more suitable for Eurovision to me, while Suzy's song is more Brazilian and also 'rougher' traditional Latin pop.

Just checked in to get the results. I havent seen the final. Will watch it tomorrow. But in the semis Susy sounded really bad. I love latin rythms. But this song? No no and NO! I needs lots of change (including a singer with much better vocal abilities) for me to get up and dance to this. Sorry Portugal. There really were better alternatives for you this year

Catarina's biggest downfall was the fact that her song was such an obvious in your face rip off of her previous effort and wasn't as good.....and her performance was too over rehearsed....everything just felt very flat
