She couldn't sing and the jury giving her the win is seeming "sus" just for that.
We have seen lots of NFs ended up with the jury winner taking it all (for example, in Italy, Mahmood and Diodato won thanks to juries and not televote)

To be fair, there's no way on earth the jury voting wasn't rigged in one way or another. They are all professional and well-known people from the polish music industry. I refuse to believe, that they genuinely prefered that barely-listenable rock song over Jann. Dudek and Blanka I can somehow understand, but that really baffles me.
As for my own comment on this shit-show - TVP can go f*ck themselves. There's not a single thing they have ever done right and this just goes to show how corrupt they are. They didn't even have the audacity to show us the televote results... I really hope that EBU actually conducts an investigation of some sorts and disqualifies Poland this year. Yeah, some may say it's too radical, but otherwise TVP will just continue doing whatever they want. I would really want to be patriotic and support my country, but how the hell am I supposed to do this, when the representative was chosen by a clearly corrupt jury and is about as good at singing as me after a bunch of funny drinks...

She definitely needs some serious vocal coaching and the song may be a bit generic. But the alternative?
Jann was just terrible. Like extremely terrible. I really don't understand how most of the televoters and the audience could enjoy such a thing
He was not horrible, the thing he needed was a better breath control (especially important in a song that gets as hectic as Gladiator) and toning down a few details. Definitely not worse than Blanka. He's miles better as a singer than Blanka and the song itself stood out a better chance at distinguishing itself in Liverpool.
Blanka's lack of charisma was also kind of blatant and made it very insipid, choreography needed more for this type of song I thought etc, this was far from something desired I'd say. So it was more than ''weak vocals'' here as an issue.

He had an issue with voice control which is understandable as he has mixed up Billie Eilish style of singing with a gospel. That was hard to perform live.
But compared to Blanka who sounds like a hiccup instead of singer, Jann is Pavarotti!

tbh i think there's absolutely no regulations on how the selection process is supposed to be, they can fake a democratic vote if they want to because there's no rule saying that the selection needs to be democratic or transparent in the first place. I don't think the EBU setting regulations for national finals would be a good thing because some countries would probably just not take part in it anymore since they like their national selections (and there's nothing bad about them, they've worked better for some countries like the uk for example).
It's just annoying that this is so clearly rigged, it's kind of odd that TVP even allowed all of these candidates but i guess it kind of helps their narrative that "poland chose this song" out of a field of various songs. (they probably also like to pretend that poland chose solo instead of gladiator because poland isn't as woke and blinded by ideologies like all the internet warriors pretend to be or whatever narrative they made up in order to include that song just to make it lose once it gained traction lol).

But Polish people don't you have any investigative journalism that would ask questions, like for televote results, who this girl is and so on? I mean I appreciate sex appeal but if it is not used in combination with talent/personality/wit it is really boring.
