I honestly don't understand why juries hate Poland so much. Burnaovskiye Babushki did quite well with juries in their semifinal (they were placed 8th) and even though they were amazing, the song was not something the juries would typically go for and their vocals were a bit off. Same applies to Salvador and Rybak last year. Then we have Poland - no matter what they send they are always placed very low.

There's no excuse for ignoring us again imo.

Not as terrible as our country, though imho. But I really think that juries have something against us on top of it.
Yes of course, :au: was a better Eurovision song, but weak voice argumentation is really invalid as Kasia Moś or Michał Szpak were both powerful live without backing vocals and weren't given points.

If that is in your mind than I agree. But every year is different. ESC is not a contest for the best vocals itself. They seriously lowball us again and again.

Than I think my sympathy for you will dwindle as I abhor disco-polo. For how much things like chalga or turbo-folk are compared to it ... they are like Chopin etudes next to it. I wish disco-polo was as good as chalga.

I'm thinking this will end up last place now.

Possibly even with 0 points, because really, who will vote for this? There's genuine talent and potential here, but it's wasted on a flat and totally inappropriate song. Some really poor choices were made here, don't understand what they were thinking at all.

No chance, this is a great entry.Every year entries like this go under the radar while fans go mad for studio versions and slick videos while ignoring real talent. These girls are superb live and that will show at ESC.The juries we have now are mostly uber fans and they always go for the songs they go for. They get half the top 10 right but miss the others by a long way.
This and Serbia are ignored but will show their worth come rehearsals when real talent counts.Serbia have an amazing ballad with a fantastic singer,Poland have a full frontal assault on the senses with 4 very talented women. If they fail the juries arent doing their jobs at all.The Polish diaspora should also turn up for this one.

I think their Amsterdam in Concert performance shows us that they are absolutely in the competition to succeed.
Will they win? Unlikely, but damn they are going to try xheya
I'll be surprised if they don't qualify. If they don't they'll only just miss out on it.

Every time I hear it, I like it even more. :pl::pl:

EDIT: Eurovision in Concert... Sorry I am tired haha

Its a big stage song this isnt it.Get it in an arena full of fans and it comes alive.Real power from the girls. Its also got a really hooky melody and chorus.I hope it does well and at least makes the final where it should be able to shine.Often the semi is more dangerous for entries like this as less of the diaspora watches them (hardly any).

Oh my Gosh, they are benefit from live performance, totally. xheart

Since I don't want countries to send radio-songs that can hit and top the charts around Europe (let's face it, in today's world with Spotify, YT etc. even major pop stars cannot make that big hits like on the did on 00s, and the last huge bit from ESC was Euphoria), I want to see on Eurovision's scene more diversity and different sounds. I always liked this kind of performances so I am glad this year my country is being represented by Tulia.

Personally, I will be very sad If Tulia fails to qualify, but I think this should be on the grand final just because of adding some taste and artistry. It's good for whole competition to have different generes on the stage. I know, maybe I hype them a little bit, but I wasn't excided that much of our performance since "My Słowianie" even if Tulia has really weak stage moves :D

Concert in Amsterdam was really nice and in my opinion it could change minds of people who scrub around Poland this year. To be honest, music video of "Pali się" doesn't help, but on the stage, with vocals just like from studio version, really nice background and even small but cute "dance" moves and people clapping their hands around... it's awesome for me.

Please, please, please, be a dark horse this year.
If juries will burn it down I am done with Eurovison. :D

Tumblr, mostly.
i'm surprised anyone thinks this NQs. Tulia are one of the safest qualifiers from the first semifinal, by far. The entry is loud, memorable, well-performed, even has a bit of diasporia support thrown in. Absolutely *no* way in this universe that it NQs.

The main reason i believe that the qualification is not sure is because usually juries do not like folk!

This could be a top 10 finish in the final. It takes its inspiration from the grunge from the 90's, this genre was huge back then. I can see the people that loved it in 90's go and vote for it and the live performance is definitely loud and mesmerizing.

It's hard to predict but right know, it's a SQ and a place between 5th - 15th in the final.
