I have signed the petition, although I have the sad feeling it won't help.
It's sad that Poland has withdrawn from the competition. It's too bad when a country withdraws because of bad results (that's not how they confirmed it, but I do think this is actually the main reason), because I'm convinced that it has nothing to do with the country itself. I think Jestem was a very nice song: it would never had won, but it didn't deserve last place in the semi final. However, it wasn't sung very good and the show was messy. They also had the big disadvantage of being the show-opener. So the reasons why it wasn't successful are clear in my opinion and everybody can learn from mistakes. Every year offers new chances and why not grab it? However, when the Polish people don't give a darn about the contest anymore, I can understand why the broadcaster doesn't see any use of trying it again.

I hope TVP re-thinks and stays in ESC.
But if they're not interested in it, they should say so. I really don't believe the reasons were EURO2012 and the Olympics, such a bad excuse.:/

I hope that Poland stay in, but I'm not sure whether they will. I certainly don't take a throwaway comment on a Facebook thread as an official statement though! But at the moment I'm betting someone at TVP1 just jumped the gun and posted too early - and that the decision has been taken, just not announced.
