Match Day 2; Group D: Begonia - Saksjaowie

The first ever world champions in football, Begonia are starting their tournament against Saksjaowie. The referee was from Bokia. The match started off very tense, both teams seemed nervous at start. In the 30th minute, Begonia had a great chance to score 1-0, but the Saksjaowian keeper had an exceptional first half. Advantage Begonia, when the first half was over.

The 2nd half Begonia really tried everything to get pass the Saksjaowian defense. In a free-kick in the 55th minute, the first goal came after a amazing free-kick from the midfielder in Begonia. Saksjaowie tried to get back in the game, but the Begonians played really well and in the 89th minute, 2-0 came after a volley from the corner by the Begonian forward.

Match Day 2; Group D: Celeja - Swelatie

Till the match between Celeja and Swelatie, some rainy weather came to the arena in TSZMBOD and maked not only the players wet, but also the referee from Reym-L-Dneurb to slip and break his leg just before the match, so instead the referee from Ugaly had to jump in to judge the match. It only took 4 minutes until Celeja took the lead after an amazing attack and goal by the Celejan striker.

In the 46th minute, Swelatian midfielder scored 1-1. In the 69th minute the Celejan Striker scored again, a shot that no keeper in the world could save. Swelatie did everything to come back again, and in the 88th minute, the Swelatian midfielder scored an amazing goal on a free-kick. It looks like the results would be a draw, but in the 94th minute, The Celejan Striker got pushed by a Swelatian defender and the Ugly referee points his hand to the penalty spot. The Striker took the penalty himself, and scored a hat-trick. The Swelatian players were angry and demanded the referee to change his mind, but he refused. Celeja won the game.

Match Day 2; Group F: Arjastan - Comino

The champions of the 2nd World Cup, Arjastan had their first game against Comino. The judge in the match came from Belvist. The first half was a really sleepy and nothing special really happen..

The 2nd half did more things happen and the first goal came from the forward in Comino in the 59th minute. Comino conitue to play very offensive and in the 74th minute, 2-0 was scored by the offensive midfielder. Arjastan tried to get back to the game, but in a counter attack in the 85th minute by the forward in Comino, the game was pratically over for the former champions and Comino has started the tournament in a great way.

Match Day 2; Group F: Lyapunovia - Magna Grecia

The last match in the first round is between Lyapunovia and Magna Grecia. The referee comes from Gozitania. The first half had a lot of chances, there the best chance Magna Grecia had in the 37th min, with a header that hit the bar. Still none of the teams didn't get a goal, they both looked promising for the 2nd half.

In the 2nd half, it took a long time until the teams got chances on goal. In the 78th minute, a Lyapunovian free-kick was awarded, and even if the free-kick was good, the keeper in Magna Grecia made an amazing save. In the 90th minute, Magna Grecia got a free-kick in a good position, but even this one was saved by the opponents keeper. Even if the game ended 0-0, it wasn't as boring as usual goalless games.

I'll give you some matches already, a bit bored this late at night so here we go!

Matchday 3; Group A: Zombira - Bokia

The expectations were high before this match, could Zombira win over the leaders in the group Bokia? The referee from Lukeland started the match. It started of with a great offensive play by Bokia, and in the 34th minute the Bokian forward scored 1-0. Zombira tried to get back in the game, but a lot of mistakes in the play was the reason for the bad first half.

In the 2nd half, Zombira played much better and in the 56th minute they were close to equalize when a corner from the right midfielder hit the Zombirian forward on the head..which went just outside the post. Only two minutes later, Bokia scored 2-0 by the 2nd forward. The Zombirians played very badly after the goal and never came back in the match. Bokia won and it's now cleared that they are going to the Round of 16.

Matchday 3; Group A: Fervorosia - Calypso

Calypso that had a even match with co-host is up against Fervorosia, who had some problems with Bokia. The referee was from Sillycone Valley. The first half had a lot of chances from both teams, but not until the 40th minute, Calypso scored 1-0 by their forward. 4 minutes later, Fervorosia scored with a header from their offensive midfielder.

The 2nd half started of amazingly for Fervorosia. In the 48th minute a corner for the Fervorosian created a goal by the forward. The Fervosians continued to attack and in the 68th minute, they scored 3-1, by the forward again. Calypso needed to score a goal to get back in the game, but the Fervorosia had a strong defensive play and in the 88th minute, the forward scored again and 4-1! Calypso have to play much better to make sure a play in the round of 16.

We really didnt expect this result..the first half was very balanced, and although we scored teh first goal...we didnt keep the lead till half time. The second half saw some players being injured and we suffered a lot, till fervorosia scored 4 goals. High hopes for our last match, and may the best teams make it!

Matchday 3; Group B: Sillycone Valley - Gozitania

The former champions Sillycone Valley got a good start after winning against Viola Per Sempre, but will they be successful against Gozitania? The referee from Fervorosia started the game and in 4 minutes in the game Sillycone Valley started the game extremly offensive and the scored 1-0 by a header from the offensive midfielder. Gozitania tried to get back in the game, but 20 minutes after the first goal, the offensive midfielder scored again! Gozitanian defense is nowhere near the preformance against TAA.

In the 2nd half, The Sillycones continued to attack and in the 58th minute they scored again and this time the forward scored. In the 89th minute The Sillycones scored again and everyone wonders where the Gozitanian defense are? In the 91st minute, The Sillycones score 5-0 on a corner, and the former champions has definitly secured a place in the round of 16.

Matchday 3; Group B: Tír an Abhainn - Viola Per Sempre

The referee from Magna Grecia started the game, a game that could make a big advantage for TAA if they win. In the 25th minute, the TAA midfielder scored the first goal on a free-kick, but two minutes later the VPS forward scored 1-1 after a amazing throw in from the left back. Right before the break, 42nd minute VPS took the lead after a amazing free-kick from the left midfielder.

TAA tried to get back in the game during the 2nd half and were so close to score in the 55th minute by the forward, but the VPS-keeper saved it. VPS looked like they would get the win, but in the 88th minute the VPS-defender scored in his own goal and TAA got their 2nd game ending 2-2.

Matchday 3; Group C: Scorpionia - Canedonia

The scorpionian defense had a lot of problems during the first half. Canedonia started off very good and had a lot of chances, but the Scorpionians were very lucky and could keep the game 0-0 till the end of the half.

In the 2nd half, Scorpionia played much better. In the 70th minute came the first goal by a long shot from the offensive midfielder in Scorpionia. Canedonia who played well in the first half, couldn't come up in the same way as before and Scorpionia seed the game out to a win and a secured place in the round of 16.

Matchday 3; Group C: Blondania - Kuki-Q

It only took 6 minutes until Blondania took the lead from a free-kick. The Kuki-Q team needed to score to still have a chance to go directly to the round of 16. But the Blondanian defense was so strong and looked unbreakeble during the first half.

In the 2nd one, Kuki-Q did find some breaking points and in the 56th minute, the forward in Kuki-Q scored! The Blondanian defense began to be in shock and the Kuki-Q team took that as a advantage. In the 79th minute, Kuki-Qs forward scored again and the Blondanians look even more shocked and played very paralyzed during the last minutes and never managed to get back in the game.

Matchday 4; Group D: Macchabis - Yaponesia

Time for the 2nd game for the 2nd co-host Macchabis, this time against Yaponesia who lost against Eureka in the first game. In the 2nd minute of the match, Macchabis got a penalty after a hand-ball by the Yaponesian defensive midfielder. The Macchabis forward scored and the Yaponesians had to hunt to be back in the match. The "Yapos" were very close in the 18th minute, but the Maccan keeper saved the shot from the forward. In the 32nd minute, Macchabis scored again on a free-kick by the midfielder.

The Yaponesians tried everything to get back in the game, but the Macchabi team played very well defensively and stopped all attacks. In the end of the match, The Yapos got a free-kick which the keeper saved once again. Finally, the first win for one of the co-hosts in the tournament!

Matchday 4; Group D: Eureka - Adamsburg

The Adamsburgish team knew beforehand that this match could be very hard to win, but they started off very offensive to get an early goal. But the Eurekan defense was strong from the beginning and fight back the massive attack from Adamsburg. In the 45th minute, just before half time, Eureka had a counter attack from their striker who scored 1-0.

Adamsburg tried everything to get closer to the penalty area, but the Eurekans did a really good job. Actually, the few chances Eureka had was better then the ones that Adamsburg had. In the 76th minute, Eureka almost put an end in the game for ADB, by another counter-attack, but luckily the keeper saved the shot from the EUR-striker. The game ended 1-0 for Eureka.

Matchday 4; Group E: Begonia - Celeja

This match was by far the most boring match. Both teams started of very slow and had almost no chances at all during the first half.

It got a bit more interesting in the 2nd one, since a Celejan supporter ran on the pitch in the 76th minute took ball and tried to score in the opponents goal...but he miss the shot. But it was the best chance of the match and maybe the Celejan coach should think about letting him play next match.

Matchday 4; Group E: Swelatie - Saksjaowie

Swelatie started off the match best, when the forward scored 1-0 in the 15th minute. Saksjaowie, who didn't score any goals against Begonia, came back in the match by scoring in the 45th minute, by a header from the forward.

In the 2nd half, both teams played very nasty and a lot of free-kicks were awarded. In the 65th minute Saksjaowie took the lead after a amazing goal on a free-kick by the midfielder. The Saksjaowians were very happy to have to lead, but the lead wasn't for long. In the 70th minute, Swelatie got a free-kick in a good position and the midfielder scored an equally good free-kick as the Saksjaowian midfielder did. In the end of the match both teams sorta agreed that 2-2 was a good result and no big attacking oppurtunities were done.

Matchday 4; Group F: Arjastan - Lyapunovia

Arjastan and Lypunovia hasn't scored any goals in their first match, so they sure wanted to score in this one. Arjastan was the one who scored first, in the 42nd minute, the forward put the ball in the net after a header. Only two minutes after, Lyapunovia scored an equalizer after a amazing long shot from the midfielder.

In the 2nd half, Arjastan was the more offensive of the two and in the 58th minute, The Arjan left defender scored 2-1 on a corner. The Arjan team were the better of the two during the last minutes.

Matchday 4; Group F: Magna Grecia - Comino

In the 32nd minute, Comino scored their 4th goal in the tournament after a good free-kick from the forward. Two minutes later Comino was very close in scoring 2-0, but the keeper saved it. Instead they scored in the 39th minute, on a corner that hit the head of the forward. Just before the break, 44th minute, Magna Grecia were back in the game and the forward scored their first goal in the tournament.

In the 2nd half, MGR tried to get a equalizer, but the Comino-team played well and held the lead til the final whistle.

Matchday 5; Group A: Fervorosia - Zombira

A important match for the co-host Zombira, that needs to win to make it through to the next round. The crowd were so happy when the Zombirians started off the best. They got even happier when the Zombirian striker scored in the 26th minute. Zombira played well the whole half and many was wondering when Fervorosia should get back in the game.

In the 2nd half they did...and in the 61st minute they scored the equalizer after a header from the offensive midfielder. The Zombirian defense collapsed and in the 76th minute Fervorosia took the lead, once again a goal from the offensive midfielder. The Fervorosians really put an end on the tournament for Zombira when the forward scored 3-1 in the 84th minute. Good bye Zombira!
