The semis will most likely start tonight. There "could" be a small delay, as originally both Ecclestonia and Belvist should've hosted 1 semi each. But because of various reasons, Belvist is now going to host both semis, and the final will be held in Ecclestonia.

Actually, it wouldn't be a single problem to let her in (she sent me the reserve entry about an hour ago), but many people would complain about not following the deadlines and rules, and some people were rejected in the past when they didn't sign in on time. Of course though, this is an exception, because was indeed down.

Well if people agree, Celinas could enter, and then we will have 19 songs in both semis.
