The NSC rules would agree with Adam here.

An artist can only perform for one nation at a time. It is not allowed for an artist to perform for two different nations during the same event. The participant announcing a song first has the right to use that artist. The same artist will be availble for any upcoming events for all participants. That also means an artist cannot participate as a solo performer & Band Member. Example: Black Eyed Peas cannot enter if Fergie already entered as a solo performer.

Though if Søren has zero role (i.e. doesn't sing or play anything) I suppose it would be OK; it's the music that's important, not the video... (I guess he does do something though?)

As always, if members feel something contentious in the rules that should be changed, they can bring it up and, with enough agreement, it will be put to a poll :D
