Melodifestivalen's Andra Chansen actually started out in a similar way. Not that it was just one qualifier, but there were no actual live performances the first couple of years they did it, they just replayed clips from the semi-finals and had the artists mingle in a studio.

Yay for Jorn! He absolutely deserves that spot in the finals

Hoping now for either him or Keiino to take the win... I'd be pretty thrilled with either, though obviously Keiino seems to be the more likely one out of those two. There are some other good songs there but anything apart from those two would be a bit of a disappointment for me, seeing as either one of them would have a safe spot in my top 5 for the year.

Usually I will have my Sunday worship in the morning and SanRemo grand final won't even be done before my worship finishes at 8 am

Also, whoever qualifies will never win. The Final Vote is a pure televote, like the heats were. Whoever the Wildcard is, they may beat a couple of the auto's but they will never defeat whoever they lost to in the duel.

It will never win, but I still think it will beat the one it lost to in the heats, especially as it seems votes from abroad are accepted. People also have got over a lot of their prejudice against the genre and Jorn's age / looks.

so who wins then? Well KEiiNO is the faves to win and I still wouldn't mind if Norway went with them.
Do anyone challenge them for real? The answer is probably not, but you never know, it is Norway after all, and they can be pretty bold with their choices comparing to other nordic countries.

Yes KEiiNO for sure. You're right Norway can sometimes be wooed by a ballad, but nothing amazing on that front so I bet it will be a landslide.
