Seems like simple staging until you notice that awful glittery platform for violinists. Other than that it's great, it has that enchanting feel during the whole performance - amazing. Also, he seems to be much more confident vocally.

SOOO Happy that it seems like Carl Espen has really confident vocals!
NRK and the team around Carl Espen has taken ESC very seriously this year. That fact that Carl Espen went to Amsterdam as the first norwegian winner - and thereafter to London - was clearly to prepair him for the big stage and happening this week. He has also taken vocal classes all through the winter and spring since winning.
And now it seems like this has paid off greatly!
