I cannot understand how Azerbaijan got the highest placement out of all of the ballads this year. Maybe publicity tours do help a lot, even if your entry is utterly boring.

Thought this was the worst vocal of the night. On the CD I really liked this, but his vocal was off for virtually the whole performance, and to be frank, it sucked. I'm surprised it got as many votes as it did and I had it 2nd worse to only to Belarus (now that really was boring and embarrassing)

Did you completely block out the memory of Josh Dubovie's (United Kingdom) performance? Or the cute male one from Belarus? Or Serbia's little botox barbie?

There's no personal opinion when it comes to vocal ability. You can't "think" someone's vocal ability is worse than someone else's and be right. Because vocal ability is something scientifically measured. Trust me, you're wrong on this.

I just have to jump in here and support you guys. Although I really, really don't like Norway's song (sleep inducing and in general absolutely not my taste) I agree that Didrik is an excellent singer and delivered a good (not outstanding) vocal performance yesterday evening.

Don't shoot me, I'm only the messenger. Europe wasn't imprerssed and he finished nowhere. The fact you fancy him changes nothing. His performance wasn't good enough and his position reflected that. You can still moon over his picture!
