I'll start the Winter/X-mas spinoff tomorrow. The rules will be very liberal. Basically any cover and any release date will be allowed you just have to pick a country and the song should be connected with snow or winter holidays (ie. X-mas or New Year) or winter in general.

You can open it! Any country is alowed to host as long as it's from North/Central/South America or the Caribeans! The useres don't have to be from that country, of course

Actually I meant Euro Cup If we can organize both of them, we should choose the hosts for them at first

I'm in favour of an election cause there may be someone else who want to host

if you organize a Euro-Cup and a Copa America in January, what will happen in February? And are you sure you will have enough contestants in both competition?
as you understand, for me it's a bad idea to have both on the same month. I think that by speeding the rythm, you will loose people who are playing in FSC because it gives us time to participate, but that's just my point of view

I agree, yulara. I prefer one spin-off per month. In January we also have the Christmas spin-off so that would mean we have 3 contests all in the same month, in addition to regular FSC which is too much imo.
