A good "agree" or "thumbs up" is missing and is a very useful smiley.
A "confused-surprised-annoyed" smiley for use when someone posts something strange or unclear which upsets you a little.

Nice, finally I can use the Yugoslav flag when discussing those entries
However, I know it's just one year (or two, it's a bit confusing... but atleast in 1992's ESC), but could we have a flag for the Federal Yugoslav Republic aswell? Afterall it's not really the same country/flag as the Socialist Federal Yugoslav Republic.

Yugoslavia took part as the "Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia" between 1961-1991, during the breakup of that federation and also the fall of communism in 1991, the (ex- Socialist) Federal Republic of Yugoslavia was born (without the red star in the flag for obvious reasons). This 'new' federation took part in the 1992 edition. Then because of the war and all Yugoslavia (the new federal one) was banned from international events like these, and well entered under the 'new' name Serbia & Montenegro in 2004, as we all know, after the ban had been lifted some year before.
I'm not really sure when Yugoslavia (Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) actually changed its name to Serbia & Montenegro? Was it when the Federation became a state union in 2003 or what? In geographical terms, the 1992 entrant country was actually the same one as the so called 2004 'debut', so in that sense, 2004 was never really a 'debut' in the first place.

I just realized the Federal ex- Socialist Yugoslav flag is the same as the Serbia & Montenegrin one was... well, it's not surprise really considering it was the 'same' country, but it seems there's no flag for that one either here? So, that one would work as a flag for both 1992 Yugo entrant aswell as the Serbia & Montenegrin entrants

Of course, it was basically just Serbia & Montenegro in period from 1991 to 2003 as well, although it kept the name of the old country in that period. Btw, Yugoslavia was actually a second name of the country (country association). The original one was called "Kingdom Of Serbs, Croats And Slovenians" and was in charge during the period between 1918 and 1940's (not sure what year exactly).
This was the flag of the Kingdom Of Serbs, Croats and Slovenians:
Before this, of course, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia etc.....were independent countries just like now.
And, during the Yugoslavia period, the colors of the flag didn't change, but the symbol did. From the 40's and until 1991 the blue-white-red combination had a red star as well on the flag.

Funny...what Ive just noticed is that when I write the word e-x-h-i-l-a-r-a-t-e-d, the x-h-i sequence of letters turns into = smilie (edit: now changed by Jukica into x-h-i-i)
Is it maybe an idea to add one or two digits behind that x-h-i, for example: x-h-i-1-2 ? Overall I think it's better to use a combination of letters and digits to code smilies.
