I don't really see Morocco taking part in the next ESC... it's too good to be true!! :p I mean the more participants there are, the better ESC we have! :D Maybe the people of their public TV think about it, even more after all the changes they are living right now.

SNRT is not interested but 2M which is more popular and quite intl is but 2M is still waiting for ebu membership as they are Intrested

I think they tend to participate since there were some rumors that Israel would withdraw, that's all ;)

Morocco is like a backup player of Israel in Middle East :lol:

"I have never heard about any plans of SNRT participation in Eurovision Song Contest", informed ESCKAZ Director of International Relations of Moroccan broadcaster Fatima El Moumen, responsible also for collaboration with EBU and who was present at the latest EBU Assembly where SNRT has extended EBU membership for the next two years.

Any news about Morocco returning with Israel in?
Tbh ; If Morocco would participate , that would really open possibilities.
Maybe the other African EBU-countries can debute then & participate together like Morocco & Israel are doing
Cyprus & Turkey are doing ; Azerbaijan & Armenia are doing c:

As I said the most popular broadcaster 2M is interesed but still waiting for EBU Membership ;)

Reminder: The ESC Forum is not a political platform, please refrain from discussing politics, religion etc and focus on the music.

In addition, this forum is NOT there to discuss which country you think 'deserves' to participate and who does not. Any country that falls under the criteria set by the EBU is eligible to join the contest and we expect everyone to either accept and respect that or refrain from posting anything in regards to their opposition of participation.
