Youpiiii new trend !

2005 : :md:
2006 : :ro:
2007 : :md:
2008 : :ro:
2009 : :md:
2010 : :ro:
2011 : :md:
2012 : :md:
2013 : :md:
2014 : :ro:

I'd say :md: is a more regular country with almost always good songs, but very few hits. This year may be their worst song with 2006, the only song they had that doesn't deserve a final. 2008 was very decent.
:ro: alternates with very good and really bad... And it could have won several times...

I really liked "Wild soul". The song is quite modern, I love those little synth vibes. The performance was quite bad, hopefully she can improve til may.

The live version from the NF and the recorded version sound like two different songs. I really really like the recorded version of the song. It's in my top 10 - but can easily drop dead with a bad vocal performance yet another time.

It's interesting to see all those comparisons between Romania and Moldova. To me Moldova is a stronger ESC country overall though this year I prefer Paula and Ovi over Wild Soul. Cristina herself seems nice though.

I beg your pardon?

2014 Moldova > Romania
2013 Moldova > Romania
2012 Moldova > Romania
2011 Moldova > Romania
2010 Romania > Moldova (I like them both)
2009 Moldova > Romania

This, although Moldova edges out Romania in 2010 as well for me

I thought the only bad part of the live performance of Wild Soul was the first verse, and even that was better in the semifinal than in the final. It's not a disaster, it can improve.

Yes, if the performance is improved this can do very well in Copenhagen. It will probably qualify, but I doubt that it could get a top ten. I like it a lot though.

I listen to it many times, but I don't like... In English, it's random. Maybe in Romanian...

Very intelligent song, and has some progressive metal influences in it, at least in the singing part. I think it might be this year's Anouk - Birds. That was underrated last year, until people learnt it.

I just listened to the live version of this song. I wonder if other people have noticed that Cristina struggles in the first verse of the song when she uses her lower registry. It's very pitchy!

It is really growing on me :D I love all the darkness that the song possesses :D Like many people mentioned already, I can easily imagine her as Ursula from "Little Mermaid" and this song being played in the movie :D

The performance in Amsterdam. Now you can judge without thinking of the dress.

They changed the arrangement and it's much worse in my opinion. The song looses a bit of it's darkness and mysticism like this. Hopefully this is not the final version!

I just listened for the first time to this song. The intro creates immediately a feeling of unrest. The deep voice reinforces this. The singer has a powerful voice, but the music does not fit with the intro. The chorus sounds artificial. After two minutes, I'm getting tired of the song. Sorry, Moldova, but next year you may have a better song (last year's song was amazing!).

She used the same background as Sofi Marinova. xcrazy

Better dress, worse arrangement :(

I hope they still use the first version of the arrangement :D, the strings are better, but there's no climax or drama on the second arrangement :)

I likeit when it kicks into the chorus but her voice is so low I’m not sure it willtranslate to people who are watching at home. Loving the key change towards the end ;-) I gave it a 1
