I don't understand why they only allow the public to have such a small say, it's pointless. I pointed it out some time ago, but over the past 3 years with a 50/50 system the winner wouldn't have even changed.

Well actually, the winners of all 3 of those years would not have changed with a 50/50 vote.
Assuming the multiple jury vote is kept same and the amount of televoting points are just multiplied by the number of juries then the top 3 from each year would be:
2013
1. Gianluca Bezzina - 152
2. Kevin Borg - 152
3. Chris Grech - 90
2014
1. Firelight - 91
2. Daniel Testa - 81
3. De Bee - 78
2015
1. Amber - 120
2. Christabelle - 75
3. Ekklesia Sisters - 63
The only questionable year would be 2013, and whether the public or jury vote would take priority.
