Not necessarily for 2024, but their guaranteed to return soon.
Their new broadcaster has as one of the goals the return to eurovision. However they're only launching at the end of this year, not sure if they'll have the time to fully prepare for 2024

It is one of the most listened radios in France, still today. I think they have the power to select something very decent for the contest, but it might be too early to tell.
