Of course it is a joke.
But even if 1% wasn't,
i would NOT want a country with history in Eurovision like Luxemburg,to come back with something like this...
Better stay at home.

It kind of fits in with their Eurovision history, though. This is the country who sent Papa Pingouin for starters, so novelty is not a new thing for them. They've been represented by singers from Germany, France, Spain, The Netherlands, Belgium, UK (sort of) and Greece. Why not Ukraine?

Of course, it's not going to happen, but not because of Luxembourg's noble history.

Well... San Marino after Senit striked ESC world with Facebook, they made it loud ;D Luxembourg could count on similiar factor - with Olya.
Like you say - it's a joke :D

The main difference is that Olya would make a novelty entry that could actually work and be professional (it's a Ukrainian act/team in Eurovision afterall!), wheres the Facebook song was obviously a joke song which was just too silly and unprofessional to cross-over to the state of Verka Serduchka or Russian Grammies type of entry.

I thought Luxembourg had no intention of returning in 2014.

And they probably don't, this is probably just a stunt by Olya and her team. They are pretty much saying that they are currently negotiating to enter ESC for Luxembourg (some month ago or so they hinted that she was negotiating to enter ESC for a former ESC country). However, it's probably just a joke or something. Time will tell
