after watching the first ten countries performing and (an important point) the stage, this is my summary:
- Russia won't do as good as in previous years. The twins can sing but the song (although I like it) is not strong enough. Let's add politics, they will affect somehow.
- Albania will be in the big final for sure, no matter how bad it's doing in polls, odds and ogaes.
- Azerbaijan will be in the top 5 once again. They know how to connect with the public whatever is the song they send.
- Latvia and Iceland have no chance to go through the finals, and I would fondly send them back home.
- Sweden will do good. It won't be a fancy performance, just simple, static but effective. It worked in the national final.
- I don't know what to say about Estonia. Anyway I don't expect anything amazing , Uniquely her aptitude and facility to sing and dance at the same time.
- I bet we will be in Yereván in 2015 (and the song isn't even in my top 20). For me it's boring, maybe it's drafted to another kind of public, supposedly the big majority...
- Ukraine: the juries won't like it despite of the performance. Bad song, good singer and performance + Ukraine always do good = top 10?
- Belgium? Next please.

We did several yesterday and they will be posted today. You can still ask questions as we will talk to many of them again
I don't know if we'll have time for a "special" interview but we'll do our best. It really depends on her availability.

The performances today look extremely good. I just cant wait. Only seven days from now and we will see the result on screen. It will be gorgeous, I know it.

- It's such a great performance and it matches a lot in the song IMO. Well done Norway 
- I don't know how much it matches in the song this performance. I mean that the dancer could have been more... but the voice of the singer and the song is strong enough to take make the people vote- [MENTION=12986]Romeo[/MENTION] 's face is the only possitive part of this song...the else is no comment- probably the only song that makes me crying... the performance is absoloutely perfect although I would like to see and some tranditional instruments or other colors back. But anyway it's great- The idea with the dancers is good enough but I honestly can't stand his voice live and he hasn't got charisma in the stage at all IMO 
And that desroys all the song.- This song is simple by it's own so it doesn't need something more than what it already has... excellent performance- Remember it's Portugal neither Spain nor Africa.... - The idea with the sell it great but I would prefer other background- It looks a lot like the videoclip I like it a lot but I need this epic robot dress - Same with the NF. It great and simple IMO but this back dancer :?- I'd prefer the performance in Netherlands but and this is a good enough idea- So far the best performance that I have see 
But the back singers doesn't need at all- Comparing with all the other staging that Fokas has made this probably is the worst... I mean in general it's good but this Chinese thing destroys it at all...- I don't know my feeling for this perfomance...I think it's more simple that it had to be.- Not many changes for the Power Rangers...anyway although it's my 34/36 I like it a bit - Compare it with the MF performance it hasn't got any changes but the uuuuuu oooooo from the back singers in the chorus are unnecessary- Euuuuuphoooria with white clothes... :?- It's just ok...- For the balld part the staging is great but I want to see and the dubstep part

Sometimes when I read some of the posts in this forum it seems like people are forgetting that it is not always the host broadcaster who decides the background display and the lighting color some countries like Denmark, Sweden and e.g. Poland (this year) have in detail decided the design like Sweden this year wants black or minimal white background lighting with withe spots or the polish broadcaster who specific wants clips from the artists video to be projected on the background wall.
I think that the design of the stage has so much more potential (like in Russia 2009) to differentiate each act... some can use the cube only which will make the stage looks smaller some artists can interact with the floor and then there is a huge LED screen which stretch an entire wall side.
Projections and the lighting are each countries broadcaster responsibility...
