It seems that it was released on soundcloud on the 4th March last year. But it got deleted the moment fans noticed it. The producer denies it. I dont know what the consequences are. I read that the broadcaster is giving the case to the EBU but I personally think it would be utterly unfair if the rules are broken, it should be disqualified. Now, I mean, then why putting the 1st september as a date in first place?

Meh. I don't think it will be a major problem. We had many cases as such at ESC, didn't we? Some singers even performed their songs at some concerts before submitting it to ESC. It seems that EBU accepts it as long as it doesn't reach a wide audience.

I'm happy for Alen Chicco. Your Cure is easily my favourite song of this entire selection, and one of the best of 2019 overall for me. I'll look forward to a third performance of it, though I'm worried he's at a disadvantage with any needed preparations being called in at the last moment.

At the same time though this isn't fair on the people that voted for Criminal, and for Dagna who came 7th in the Heat 3. This now also means that Light On has a good chance of winning. I tried to get into it again just there, but I just find it bland (nice earrings though). Any hope I had of being ok with it is killed the moment that beat hits as the second verse comes in. I really am still so confused how it's the chosen one of the two songs. Neither song is swimming in originality but Criminal at least had drama, a haunting melody and got really big. I found it rewarding. Oh, well.. at least Monika won't have my least favourite song in the final. I forgot that Lithuania were successfully managing to troll me with Mažulė *flicks holy water*.

Alen Chicco was my most favorite of this selection! This song is so unique, love it to bits! Glad he is in again though Rainy is right when saying it is not fair to Monika-Fans.

Anyway I am not so psyched about our choice tonight, and frankly, good to not do so, I've already had enough sad memories with stanning The Roop last year only knowing that the juries will out-cancel them in favour of Ieva (and even Jurgis). I've got other NF worries, and that says a lot when you abandon your home nation for a while thoughtswise because of these worries.

TBH, I wouldn't mind either Monika Marija or Jurijus, now that 'Criminal' is gone I have no feelings of outrage we might slip in a bit of an awful safe choice. Junà, while being my least fav, is still having a kick-ass song, but imo it's in a desperate need of a revamp - maybe change the drumbeats to not make the whole song sound lowkey corny. Jurgis is in on a similar level of corny, but without being too cocky-sounding and more like being a sleazy fuck who's thirsty for some bangin' action. Jurgis and Erica are my honest to God favs, maybe with Alen as well. The Croatian footballer supporters... ehhh not quite for me, hope they get binned.

And finally, after tonight I'll be fully able to decide whether I migrate to Hungary spiritually or stay domestic ^_^

I'd love for some kind of crazy surprise to happen tonight, but I think in NFs where we already know from previous rounds what the public opinion is, and just who exactly the jury favours, it's a much harder ask. It will be a shock if anyone that's not Monika or Jurijus wins this thing tonight. An Alen Chicco win would make my year but it won't happen
