Finally something concrete then  It's a nice song but for the genre... it should be so much stronger/more of an assault on the ears. It has to be punchier 8)

Hooray!!! One step closer to another nice entry. I need that after yesterday. Positively surprised to see Lithuania actually making a sensible choice
Now I only hope Vilija will be selected. And she should go with that street style from her first performance, that's cute and fits her well!

Not the kind of song that usually does well at Eurovision, it's not horrible but Lithuania should have low expectations in 2014

Great, now please do the right thing and send the woman who originally sung the song and wrote it. Thank you.

Damn right.
It wouldn't make any sense to choose any other.

Edit: I tried to look at it objectively and watched all the performances of "Attention", nobody comes close to Villja, Mia is especially horrible at it.

Wait a minute... so if a songwriter submits a song that's been written for a specific artist or performed by him/herself, there's a chance the song could be "stolen" from him/her and given to another performer? So much for artistic integrity...

Why would anybody other than cheap "I must get to Eurovision or else I'll die" hacks from Sweden and Ireland want to participate in such competitions?

If I understand it correctly, than yes. Vilija wrote "Attention", but there's a possibility that Vaidas or Mia will win the competition.

Does the general Lithuanian population know who wrote it?

Well why not?

It's just that if they don't then people here will be dissapointed if they just choose their favourite singer and not the right singer...

Anyway, in each turn of votes, anyone singing Attention was fated to be eliminated or to have very low results, except Vilija, so it's to be guessed that Vilija will win;

Mia really struggled with it.
Vaidas was original.

Anyway, this will, in the end, be completely stupid in both ways; If vilija go, the whole thing would have been quite useless, as the only singer that entered a song (Sasha Son did also but was eliminated in the st round) will go with her song. If another go, it will be completely weird...

The song isn't a masterpiece, but I think the best combination is Vaidas - Attention. Mia does really well, but I prefer Vaidas. With him, the song sounds better, it's original like @toinou03 says... LITHUANIA, ENOUGH!

I knew Attention will take it for the country...

Now get Vilija to sing it, and it's done.

In your head
I just looked at the list of who composed what song. 7 of the 16 songs are composed by the same foreign composers. Kinda lame.

I think that Vaidas has the best arrangement of the song out of the 3 singers. Although it would kinda make sense for Vilija to win as she actually wrote the song.
