As a song I actually don't mind it at all. I quite like it, I think as far as this style goes it's far from the best but I'm certainly not repulsed by it at all. Hes a great singer for sure, but a grapeskin has more charisma than he does. It's not horrible, and I can listen to it quite happily without major complaint. I'm in a good mood so will give a

An expected but ultimately disappointing entry from Latvia this year. The song feels painfully by the numbers, heard before a 100 times and quite shallow for a ballad.
If they style him better and have a more exciting staging, this could find an audience I guess, but I doubt it's going to be enough.

Especially considering that 'kur?' was in this selection also... A much more interesting song.

Decent! This was my preferred pick in Latvia, and I'll give it a for now, though bordering on 8. It's not setting my world on fire, and there are plenty of things I'd like to see improved, but it's a strong foundation to work with, in a genre I usually like, with a lovely voice.

I do kind of feel like this has a better chance of getting top-10 jury vote in the final than it does of actually making the final from a televote-only semi, though...

Thanks to juries this will do better in the final than in the semi. I don't think he's a televoting magnet (likeability) so qualification is not guaranteed. But the song is something the general public will like. It's radiofriendly af.

The song is good, not a skip but also nothing exciting at least not the way he interprets it. I think a singer with more stage presence that conveys more emotions with his voice would elevate this song a lot.Give this to Duncan Laurence and this could be a Top 5 contender. But Don really adds nothing to it, it leaves me cold. The studio version works a bit better.

I´m sorry for but I think it´ll be once again a tough challengefor them to reach the final.

The song itself is quite ok, a power ballad with a big climax in the end. It´s listenable even though not that memorable. My main issue with this act is Dons himself though. I don´t wanna sound mean but I don´t feel comfortable at all while seeing him performing, he really gives me some serial killer vibes, it´s really strange. And when the climax comes and he sings louder I´m feeling more worried than emotionally touched to be honest.

In the end I give a , songwise it´s not a disaster but the act as a whole is just not pleasant at all for me and therefore I can´t rank it higher.
