The instrumental of "Still Breathing" is amazing. Even if you don't like the rest of the song or the singer, it's worth listening to. Oh, and the song gives me strong "Rotten to the Core" vibes (from Descendants)

I would say that it has a chorus, it is just instrumental. The dubstep part is very memorable and works as a chorus in that way.

Yep . Vocals are just another instrument, they don't have to be present all the time. And loads of electronic music has always been largely instrumental, in fact I've run into people who decry vocal trance as "commercial".
