I love Aminata and think she's brilliant. "Love Injected" was my 3rd favorite song of the entire 2015 season and my favorite that went to Eurovision ("Më Rrembe" and "One By One" if you're curious). Inner Voice is a beautiful and creative album on which every track, even the ones that are bad/merely ok, takes such stunning risks and works so well for me.
But she wrote a meh song. Hey, happens to the best of us. Amp up the production and Nancy Kerrigan Justs so that Aminata performs it, and I like it a lot, but as it stands, it goes in my right ear and right out my left when it's over. 4 points when the poll's up.
