Well guess what... I woke up this morning, singing this song. Latvia, you won me over. Hands down, you're a catchy little thing.

I can't get the chorus of this song out of my head. It's really growing on me.
A week ago, the Latvian public chose Anmary’s “Beautiful Song” to represent Latvia in Eurovision 2012. It is now reported that the song will be transformed, the show more spectacular and the song will be presented to a high standard.
The lyrics will be changed a little bit also which the authors have agreed to. The arrangement of the song will be changed too, including faster rhythms in the song. The outfits will also be changed. The team working together with Anmary are doing their best to improve the act, to make it humble and strong, yet tell a story of a girl who wants to be on the radio.
Those behind the act, say that it is unlikely that Latvia will have the luggage on the stage, or the dancers on the stage. They promise is that there will be many changes, but we are yet to experience the full package. However, the basic meaning of the song will remain unchanged.

Well, what happened is that Valters announced results saying that the winner is a song performed by a girl... together with a boy. (He later explained that he somehow jumped to the wrong line in results) So naturally Samanta and Davids vere overjoyed and Samanta was screaming so loud that the rest was not really heard in greenroom. The two female presenters almost immediately told Valters: "No, no" and Valters corrected quite lamely that the duet is not the winner, but Anmary is, however nobody heard it in the greenroom. You can hear that they are announcing on TV and arena that Anmary won, but Anmary herself is sitting and trying to smile sadly and applauding to Samanta. They then asked Anmary to stage and she still did not comprehend what is happening.
This years NF was very messy and there were several complains, but this I think was the worst. Poor Samanta - not about getting 2 place (nobody expected her so high), but about crashed expectations

This is majorly underrated. Some people mentioned the lyrics and the staging, but for me it's first of all a cute and charming song. Watch for it - you won't even notice when it'll capture people's hearts
