Have to agree that the term "slutpop" (is this even a commonly used term?) would definitely be disproportionately used to refer to female performances. Even if a male-performed song had the same quality of lyrics, involved similar dance choreography, and had the same attractiveness of the performer with similar style of clothing, we most definitely would be using different words. This song is catchy as heck, and you can't deny it's an enjoyable song.
I'd say that Imri Ziv represented slutpop-male version
Also definitely Sakis Rouvas years ago, I remember myself thinking how incredibly annoying & tacky this one was in that time. But I liked Imri, the song and the performance was cool (his live vocals much less sadly ...)
