Sanremo 2021: Vote for YOUR favourite!

Loro non sanno di che parlo
Voi siete sporchi, fra’, di fango
Giallo di siga’ fra le dita
Io con la siga’ camminando
Scusami, ma ci credo tanto
Che posso fare questo salto
Anche se la strada è in salita
Per questo ora mi sto allenando

E buonasera signore e signori
Fuori gli attori
Vi conviene toccarvi i coglioni
Vi conviene stare zitti e buoni
Qui la gente è strana, tipo spacciatori
Troppe notti stavo chiuso fuori
Mo’ li prendo a calci, ‘sti portoni
Sguardo in alto, tipo scalatori

No

Io ho scritto pagine e pagine
Ho visto sale, poi lacrime
Questi uomini in macchina

Tu portami dove sto a galla
Che qui mi manca l’aria
E parla la gente, purtroppo
Parla, non sa di che cosa parla
Tu portami dove sto a galla
Che qui mi manca l’aria
Parla la gente, purtroppo
Parla, non sa di che cazzo parla
Tu portami dove sto a galla

You should learn history because la Joconde was acquired by François 1er in the 16th century and Leonardo da Vinci was working for him and living in Le Clos Lucé (really great place to visit) at the end of his life. 🤓🧐

I agree with Harey. Leonardo took the painting with him to France and was later bought by Francesco I. Thinking otherwise is only harmful for us Italians. Personally, I am happy that the Mona Lisa is a symbol of pride for France.

The "Napoleonic thefts" are others. Let's not get confused. Here is the link where you can see the list:

Gilles Verdez and Cyril Hanouna are in one of the trashest shitty talk-show in France so no wonder they are dumb and say dumb things.

But saying that Barbara is mean toward them while what she says is that she doesn't care at all about the alleged story, but yeah no matter what French people will be saying you are just looking to make it sound bad because "France will be France". LOL. (and toward the underwear in reverse part of what she said, to me she's just refering to le roi Dagobert to avoid being dramatic about that).

And maybe you don't know what "régler dignement une affaire" means but it's the opposite to what you are doing here.
Harey you no longer have to justify yourself. I am sorry that you feel guilty for the words of a few fools. For us Italians (apart from some idiots who love controversy - idiots are a species present all over the world) there is no problem. We don't even care if Hanouna is punished, but if I were you I would punish him for his words. You don't have to do this for us Italians but for you. You have been involved in an ignoble controversy and both your honor and your positive path to ESC 2021 have been tarnished. Because of Hanouna, many Eurofans will remember this and not Barbara Pravi's excellent performance. If there are still those who claim that the Mona Lisa was stolen from Italy (a falsehood), many will exploit this controversy to muddy you.

This! 👍

P.S. And I'm sorry for saying it, but I and many other people I talked to don't see us voting for France any time soon on ESC. Even if a (backward, like one Dutch said here yesterday) person from the Balkans that we all consider as our compatriot was representing France in the following years.

In general, Maneskin's song was prophetic. Beyond the stage presence of Damiano, the explosive force of our Rock, I believe that he has won ... the musical text. The greatest force of denunciation is to tell people to "shut up and be good", to count to 10 before speaking, and to keep their hatred at bay (hidden by politically correct sentiments).

Yes, it was indeed prophetic, as what they sang about, had literally happened to them on the night of winning a huge musical contest with those lyrics.

Their message now has another level of credibility.

But how about some nice humane info after all?

Did you know that on Saturday night Skin from Skunk Anansie had published on Twitter a public call to all to vote for Maneskin!! ❤❤

I'm wondering if Damiano will eventually become the new most hated winner ever, overtaking Salvador who is already a bit distant is the past and letting black hearts dissolve into mild greyish forgetfulness.
Salvador was so hateful he managed to replace old Dima Bilan who was unpleasantness personified. Not a small achievement at all I'd say.
Damiano is looking and sounding quite nasty enough already, but he shall have to do much, much more to be truly deserving of this trophy. We'll just have to see how it goes the following weeks, months a couple of years maybe.
Getting promising anyway ☺️

What does it mean he has to show he deserved it??

Damiano had already deserved Sanremo win, ESC win, and award by literally professionals for best lyrics.

The band had been congratulated by Franz Ferdinand, Skunk Anansie and Simon Bon from Duran Duran, and called on tour by Palaye Royale.

They proved themselves, they have nothing else to prove but enjoy.

Moderator had removed a racist post on my ethnic origin by another Dutch here and your other post where you attacked me personally.

In my latest post that was also deleted I had politely referred you to the reports of European Commission and COE on drugs tourism policy and deportation of foreign drugs consumers in PaysBas, in order to clarify the misinformation you gave here about your country practically hosting rave parties to invite the Europeans to come for drugs tourism. Which was terribly wrong to write here.
I called you arrogant for assuming things about my formal education. That is not a personal attack, that is a qualified statement on your conduct.

And you can continue your point about me being wrong as much as you like, I'm not going to continue as the mods seem to take issue. I've shown you a clip of people sniffing coke on TV in the Netherlands. If that proof of practice isn't enough to convince you I don't see any reason to waste my time on this anyway.

@PollyWantsACracker but none of the French people on here are trying to protect a bunch of what... 5 journalists and tv hosts?!?

You were the one trying to put shade on Barbara and French delegation by subtil change on what she/they said just to make your point on how bad France is.

What French people on here are saying is: the vast majority of France and the French delegation are happy with Italy and France result so saying things about France being globally mean toward Italy is the problem on here.

(And there are journalists in other countries that put their story, the Swedish one and I've also seen in twitter that also some in Spain: the problem here are these people, making buzz about anything, but you just kept saying that FRANCE was the problem while it was a problem about some people just looking for buzz material.)

And our politician? Trying to get a controversy just to stop French people being so harsh toward government: a classic move. You seem to have no idea what the political context is on here and our government is widely attacked on many subject so of course they are trying to make people think about other things. He even isn't our ministre of culture.

And I just want to add that I follow for years two French journalists who are also eurovision fans and do great job. If you want great French coverage on esc, just check Sébastien Barké and Fabien Randamme on twitter, they are really nice.

I have corrected myself and cited a source that the statement on dignity issue belongs to the minister who accompanied Pravi's delegation, not Barbara herself.

Please accept my pettiness (my own personal flaw I admmit) on the fact that Barbara didn't react to condemn other public figures in France and their statements in this hideous campaign.

I admmited it is my personal problem and a question of personal perception, not a fact.

You can scroll through the thread and read it once again if you think I am not honest here.

I have already, and once more I do - I congratulate and thank the French people who gave 10 pts to Italy.

Nobody said you were all the same!

As Damiano: Please don't say that. ;)

we could see our victory in France in exchange for the Mona Lisa (stolen by Napoleon), the last offer! 😏
I hope it was a joke
No one has stolen anything. Leonardo da Vinci brought with him Monalisa when he went in France and sold to King Louis.

@PollyWantsACracker She didn't name people talking about it but she made several posts/interviews supporting Måneskin and saying that she doesn't want to comment this, I'm pretty sure that she condemn what they do (but naming them would just put some oil on the fire as they are people who love buzz (I'm speaking of Hanouna and his team), their tv show only works on making bad comments and waiting for reaction so they can speak about it more and more...)

You're still here?
Didn't you have enough at the end of 22th of May with Italy winning?
You should have some masochist tendencies.
Ciao bella.

I want to advise those who happily wallow in the "Maneskin case" to stop the carousel. Instead of generating doubt among honest Eurofans, you are advertising our singers beyond measure. You are making Damiano a manifesto of rebellion, you are making him epic, you are making him a world star. As Oscar Wilde wrote "Speak well speak badly as long as you talk about it"

My sister lives in London where she is a manager of Yves Saint-Laurent and she told me that, due to the allegations, Damiano and the Maneskins are being talked about on several English channels. During these broadcasts the photos of Damiano as a child are even presented!

Dear haters, sometimes hatred does not separate but unites. Change direction of your attacks or retreat in anticipation of better times.

“Parla, la gente purtroppo parla
Non sa di che cosa parla
Tu portami dove sto a galla
