Today, the main duel, two of the favorites, Kobi Merimi, continues against Maya Buskila.
From what I understood they both chose Eurovision songs, Fuego of Cyprus 2018, and RISE LIKE A PHOENIX, of Conchita

Imho we can already start congratulating Maya Buskila.


EDIT: Zomg, she lost her duel :eek: (and she actually performed bad). Now that's a shocker.

I was right! She picked Shefita, they dislike each other))))
I LIVE :mrgreen: for Maya's face in the beginning of Shefita's performance. The moment you think you chose the weakest competitor and she pawns you right in the beginning :lol:

How does this work, losing the duel means you're out? Maya has quite a voice...while this "breoken breoken breoken" is... well... she can do the jewish parts but the rest is just nope xd

Kobi's version of Fuego was certainly something

I can't help but be charmed by Shalva Band but it's gonna be harsh if they win - "sorry guys only 6 allowed onstage so two of you will have to gtfo"

I like so much Ketreyah, Avraham de Carvalho and Osher Biton. But it's everybody's game right now, many could surprise us! (Maya is trying and trying so hard to make an impact/Kobi and Daniel needing to find the right songs to stand out/Shalva Band conquering hearts/I don't care about the rest: Danielle, Shefita, Ofri and Tai)

Why didn't they push any buttons the last time and she finished with 30+ %, laughing is off now and they're getting serious? I've started to enjoy that weird woman.

So, after the show on Saturday, Shalva qualified for the final, "Citria" and "Daniel Barzilai" were given another option to fight for the ticket, I think Monday, "Tai" was eliminated. It was also announced a stage of rescue between the depositors directly to the final, which will be next week (12/2)
