^ I've said my opinion about this version... I prefer the first one because of the intro and the bells in the chorus! xheart

I prefer it because of the overall feeling, the new one is just bland.

"It is true I was not thrilled on going to Eurovision again, and let my manager presuade me into it",

That says it all. Her heart isn't really in it

The winner isn't necessarily the best song, it all depends on the show on stage. Last year I never thought Lena could win the contest, and I was not amazed by Norway in 2009 either. In 2008, Sweden had an excellent song, which should have won. The only problem was that the singer looked like an alien, with all that botox... That was the reason she finished 18th

Just wow, not really have a whole lot respect for Dana left.

@Matt:
The comment about Sweden is almost out of line, it's just not something you say to media. I had so much respect for her, but her comment about makes her seem unprofessional. BUT I think she's being misquoted there or something, they took out some part of the quote. So the quote is reframed leaving just the "bad" sounding part. (I could pretty much be wrong) For me, the article pretty much have a negative spin on it. I don't know, I could be wrong, but this is how I feel about the article in general

Lol this article is a big ******************** :/ But I don't get why people are so angry, after all, she said she liked Sweden 2008. And btw, I can understand Dana a bit, maybe she say it cause Charlotte talked to Dana in 1999 as a male ;)

Well Dana didn't want to participate, no one doubts that anymore :p. She confirmed it now and it's a real pitty she's going to Dusseldorf instead of another artist with more enthousiasm.

Hahaha lol bitch fight!

Dana is right, Charlotte looked like a plastic alien :s. xrofl3xrofl3 But who cares, next year Charlotte will laugh with Dana's results :D.

I'm unhappy with her choosing the 2nd version because (as I said before) I prefer 90's sound than 2000's clubby, light sound.

Actually, I don't mind what people think, it's normal to say "Ohh it's gonna crush, it's gonna be last" etc . . .
I was like that with songs like Ukraine 2009 for example. But the real night is the important here, so let's wait and see the performance.
All those odds are nothing for me after last year!

Since then, Enjoy the Tel Avivian summer ;)

I hope she doesn't finish last! I like the song (after a few times) and I hope she does well, but if she's not 100% dedicated to it, I think she doesn't care really. I hope I'm wrong. I just find it a pity that other artist with much more enthousiasm didn't get the opportunity.

Ding Dong has been accused of plagiarism of "Right Here Right Now" by BWO. After hearing it, it sounds more like a sample:

I think the part is at 1:09.

^^Lol, Far away from Ding dong. It can be a sample for every modern pop song lol.....Maybe small parts can be like the ones in Ding dong, but that's all lol. Especially with the new version which has nothing to do with this!

That says it all. Her heart isn't really in it
Bs! :p She wanted to represent Ukraine few years ago in a duo with our band (they recorded few songs together) but it was technically impossible (gawd "bless" bureaucracy). So she had intentions to go to ESC one more time.
Of course she had to be persuaded! For heck's sake. With so many risks - would you listen to yourself only or to another perspective too? ;) If her heart wasn't in it she would refused and started touring/recording new songs instead.

Dana's saying comes from someone who did more serious operation. I'm not a fond of judging someone's look so openly but... yes, I agree with Dana, Charlotte looked weird xshrug Also, imho, Charlotte is a biyotch (NOT ONLY  because she talked to Dana like to a male) but that's another story.
Anyway, after survivng through gadzillion ESC scandals... I wouldn't really pay attention to that.

^Totally agree with you Aleks. Charlotte talked to Dana as a male which is very paintful thing for someone like Dana!

She's so pretty!

And all of you who are berating or losing respect for her because of her comments, she speaks the truth. I'd rather have someone bluntly honest than someone who sugarcoats everything. If anything, I respect her even more for speaking the truth!

To be fair though, what exactly is NOT fake about Dana? I mean let's face it, Dana is the most plastic figure ever taking the Eurovision stage no matter what she say about others.

Anyways if Dana really thought Charlotte was best 2008 and that the winners sucked 2009-2010, then she has some pretty tacky taste.

That was when, back in 1999?

I thought Dana by now would have been comfortable in her own skin, obviously not.

Also a person like Dana would have most probably been faced by much harder prejudices and reactions than that throughout her life so if she is bitter over such a comment 10+ years later, I wonder how she reacts to much harder and meaner criticism and prejudices (afterall I doubt Charlotte meant something bad about that if she said it, she was just uneducated on the issue).
