Well, Israel would have been in my Top 3 if it was Chen. In my top 10-15 with some of the other choices but Dana's song is something that could have been on Sesame Street.

One of the weakest songs in 2011 (and that's a strong statement) and to me the weakest Israeli since 2000 (hard to beat that). Dana won mostly due to her name and status but that won't be enough in Duesseldorf cause not counting the diehard ESC fans, people won't really rmember who she is.

A big fat 0 to Israel from me, I'm incredibly disappointed with this decision and I so wanted to call in for Israel this year. Bummer!

That's good but he had a good song this year, that doesn't mean next year will be just as good. I would have been okay with Song 1 and 2 of the night as well (they were good).

Matt, don't worry about Chen, I think he is planing to become the Israeli version of Alcazar and Alcazar will always be back in our NF

I think he worries about the loss of a good song for ESC, not the artist in particular.

I don't believe Dana won this fair, she acted like nothing happened even. But I'll rest my case, whether she won fair or not; Israel did a major mistake imo.

Chen was not very good live tho...I actually think Shiri will b back next year....

Exactly, most probably because she knew she'd win unfortunately

She better re-work the song BIG time and if she acts that lazy in Eurovision, I doubt Israel will make it to the final.

It's also a real pity we won't get to hear fabulous Hebrew on stage this year, and it surprises me since Israel was always quite protective of atleast some of it in Eurovision.
