Last year's Lipstick was much better than this year's Waterline (IMHO). It's true, they're not the best singers but man, when they catch the attention, I can not look away! I find them entertaining in a very weird way. ;)

Since last year I've been really wondering if I'm the only one who don't like Jedward and think that they're annoying?

Like last year almost everybody hated Jedward and their song, were disgusted by their behavior and thought they would end last in the contest, well Lipstick did end up being in the top 10!
I guess history's repeating.
Waterline wil be top 10 again!

I didn't like them last year but at least their song was something new in the eurovision song's context... this year it's the same style, but worse and absolutely forgettable.

LOVED Lipstick and LOVED Donna from the Irish NF 2012.....but Waterline is very weak compared to those two mentioned entries. Will probably qualify, thanks to the great semi1-draw. Final place? 15th-ish. 6pts from me :)

Look at them! I didn't know this side of them. Killer photo. xup I was searching for Max Barskih's photos (the Ukrainian National Final runner-up) and this Jedward's photo came out. Thinking again, no wonder why.

Oh God, it's Jedward...again. The problem with this song is that it's just, well, lazy. Really, really lazy. Oh, you realised in the context of 2011 the antics, the hairdos and the hi-energy music cut through many entries and got you votes? Good for you! Doing the same thing again, however, and with a weaker song to boot, is complete Eurovision suicide.

I think they've got the better draw for the Semi-Final, and being the last song is a semi-decent position to be starting from. But they're coming up against very strong Danish, Israeli entries...a beautiful Finnish song, and most crucially; the UK who would almost certainly guarantee twelve points to their Irish neighbours cannot vote. Remember, in the last semi-final, they were not strong - 8th place - and were also the last to perform. I think it will be tough for Ireland to qualify this year.

Sorry to disapoint you,but if they were somewhere between Denmark-Cyprus-Russia,it will be more dificult, but now they will qualify so easy...they are so lucky!

I prefer the 2012 song to the 2011 song. But it is so not Jedward!

And to be honest, it was the Juries vote, to got Ireland in the Top 10 last year! Can not see this happens again.

Will quailfy and end in 11-15 place i think

If they qualify, it will be due to a high Danish vote; but I don't see how you can say they will 'qualify so easy'. This was predicated last year, with a far stronger song, and only came eighth in the second semi. I don't regard that as 'qualifying easy'!

Oh, I much prefer 2011 to this. This just sound like one of those Disney-ish boybands (Jonah Brothers, One Direction and what's their names). Their song last year was tongue-in-cheek and had character and their 'stamp' on it (although not actually made by them).

I actually think they don't deserve to qualify this year with this generic entry, but I think they'll manage anyways.

-:They still can't sing, Lipstick was a much more fun song +:they have a good starting position in the weaker semi and they are Jedward. I predict not another top 10 placement. 6 Points

i dont think they ll qualify coz the semi is weak, but due to the fact that teenage girls seem to like them for some unexplained reason. i find them quite annoying and last year i wanted to go on the stage and unplug them! hopefully they wont be as energetically silly this year
