Well....
Hope that Iceland may be able to choose the best act in this small NF!

I think in the introduction video Greta just explained why she chose english version... I'd love to know her reasons. Shame on me that I can't understand Icelandic properly

Greta Salonme - Hear Them Calling: Still good in English, better in Icelandic (as is every stong pretty much). 8/10

She said on facebook the song was originally written in English and had to be translated to Icelandic for the semi finals, and that she wanted it in English so people would understand the message of the song. Which imo is a very poor and overused excuse.

Ok performance, but the song is nothing to write home about ... next please.

If you're expecting anything better than that tonight, you'll be sorely disappointed.

Only the qualifiers from the first semi are quite good, even so I'm not lovin' this duet so much...

I thought in one or two occasions Greta reacted little too late to the background effects xcrazy

All in all a very good performance. English still bothers me, especially the title line but I will get used to it. I love the insrtumental part and the super dramatical finish of the song xlove

Knowing the usual taste of Iceland I do not expect the next Mans. But they all deserve a fair chance to impress.

#2 already shows improvement. Solid song & performance. Not spectacular (it's Iceland!) but solid.

Okay, I underestimated this duet, this is a lovely song.
Their voices perfectly fit together along with the melody, that's something I couldn't really explain, but that's impressive though.

Yes, she was off in the first half of the motions. Hopefully no one will care/is too drunk to notice.

I really love the false ending in Greta's song. It works really well!

Agreed. If you can't perform the message of the song in your native language, you're not a good performer. But Greta is. She CAN communicate the message of the song in Icelandic. So the excuse is a load of crap.
