It's equally unfair to voters, so yeah (though i personally don't mind it because when they switch to english lyrics are usually badly written, at least i cannot understand them when it's in a national language ), but to be fair any switch should be banned so people think twice before submitting an entry and choose wisely prior to an event.

Who are you to decide what Eurovision is about? There is no law stating that. Everyone is free to enjoy whatever music they want ESC, and I prefer something slightly higher caliber than this crap.

This reminds me of some skatepunk band from the early 2000s.

Still, it's a good song. Not great, but it works. The stage show needs to be changed though, as it probably works better for the Icelandic, who know Pollapönk. To foreign viewers, Pollapönk look like a group of men in a bad midlife crisis who are in denial. The song means less at that point.

But will it qualify? Nah. I don't see it. Wouldn't mind if it did, but it most likely won't.

Yes yes yes yes yes!!!! That's 2, maybe 3 songs now I like in this years Eurovision. I think this is really catchy, creative garage-ish punk and it's a shame people take this the wrong way just because of how they are dressed. I wouldn't compare this to (the wonderful) Leto Svet as that song was pure joke. Iceland's song this year is incredibly well sung and with a great positive message. This is awesome and I can't wait for the John Grant lyrics
