Well, I knew it couldn't be a PERFECT day. Parno Graszt in 6th is a great result given that I didn't think they'd make the top 20. Would've loved to see Gergo Olah's hilarigarbage at Eurovision, and I strongly dislike Freddie, but it's one song and doesn't damper the pleasant surprises of Finland and Moldova for me at all.

His voice seems to have that roughness that people usually like when they vote to choose the winner of a talent show like Idol. But the song is too common. They could have chosen a song with more personality (Gergo or Petruska).

I liked KSB's song better but it wasn't good live so I'm fine with Freddie winning. It's currently my #4.

I can't say I was ever rooting for Freddie, but his song is definitely growing on me. He'll definitely bring Hungary a respectable position.

I feel like I should like it but somehow it does nothing for me. Plus he annoys me. The voice is kinda grating, and I usually love a raspy voice. And I don't know what everyone is going on about him being hot. He's not.

Fun facts:
The composer of the song is the same as of Hungary 2009 (Dance with me)
2 of the 3 backing are part of the band Fool Moon who came 2nd behind András in 2014 and were also backing Csézy in 2008.
The 3rd of the backings is Márk Zentai who has Hungary's representative for Esc 2009 for a few hours before his song being disqualified.
