Hahahahaha well look what do we have here? More keen fans of Feminnem and Lako je sve? One month ago (approximately) we had a comedy here, seems it is repeating now, lol....

Me too, my friend! I have a big desire about it and it grows. I just want for the name of this country to be pronounced with an honour again after so many years (in Eurovision circles I mean, of course). And this year' s ESC and this song could be a nice opportunity for that!

Exactly! Croatia will blow the ESC away and we shall again stand proud and be that little war-stricken country that was scoring the highest point 80% percent of the time and kicking ass in the 90's......It's time to go back to basics :!:

to me tenth was a dissapointment in my dream!! but i think ill be slightly dissapointed even if we have 2nd or 3rd because i know it was so close...but i just hope a good result will attract all the big singers to come back to Dora and Croatia can start its new golden era with quality songs!

but im sure croatia will get a lot of points..and im highly positive that our points will be announced a lot of the time (in other words itll be either 8,10 or 12) and i know that whenever i hear 8 points to Croatia..or any points, i will feel proud that my mothers homeland is getting the recognition it deserves..

ive been thinking and if we make it to the final we have sure points (8,10 or 12) from: serbia, slovenia, bosnia, macedonia. possible 8,10 or 12 from slovakia, albania, bulgaria, greece, russia, poland, sweden, switzerland, germany, norway,romania and uk..and then of course any other random countries that may choose to vote for us because the song is the best! wow im just too excited for ESC!

The last Croatian entry i really liked was 2006 (though, 2002 and 2005 were marvelous too )

Oh, and one more question concerning their performance on "Zvjezde pjevaju" last Saturday. Why on earth did they sing it on playback??? Isn't the point of all this exposure AND practicing their live singing?? If someone can figure it out, i'd be most grateful to hear an explenation or at least an opnion..

1998 and 1999 are definitely the top of Croatia at ESC so far. other which i consider very good are 1994, 1996, 2002 and 2003. for 2009 song i'd say it is really quality, but it misses something.

total disasters? 1997, 2001, 2006, 2007 and 2008. in 2000 and 2004 we also could have much better songs from Dora

2006 is clearly amazing! I was just about to say how much I love 2009 and was pretty shocked not to see it come up as a favourite until this last post by ixic. Listening to Lijepa Tena at the moment by the way.
