I don't agree with that approach, but Montenegro jury gives the highest points to Serbia cause they usually know personally the singer/songwriter of the entry..

For similar reasons Greece and Cyprus exchange points but people are booing every time!

Yes, Montenegros Jurydeal with Greece, Cyprus and San Marino only counted for the Semifinal of Course since Montenegro wouldnt have any Benefit by giving their Highpoints to them in the Final as well.

Would be great to see either Eleonora or Natassa Bofiliou in ESC but none of them is interested, so...

Artists like Zouganeli would never compete in Eurovision sadly, the competition remains having that certain stigma that is almost a "no no" for top acts like Zouganeli, Bofiliou etc
