Yes, Montenegros Jurydeal with Greece, Cyprus and San Marino only counted for the Semifinal of Course since Montenegro wouldnt have any Benefit by giving their Highpoints to them in the Final as well.

I don't agree with that approach, but Montenegro jury gives the highest points to Serbia cause they usually know personally the singer/songwriter of the entry..
