Greeks are not used to this method, and i predict a lot of moaning

Yes !
Although, in 2004 there was held a talent show, and the winner was supposed to represent Greece with the chosen song,
but then Sakis came into the middle and the winner did back vocals to him.

ok it's cool that it will be ethno-pop and in Greek, but how are you going to write a happy song talking about economical crisis and refugees?? They don't really seem to match

Well you can have fun with free alcohol but I'm not sure how you can with foreigners invading your country and a bad economic times. Unless your a sadist and love causing chaos and seeing others suffer

yupiii.gr (a relatively reliable lifestyle site) states that the artist who will represent Greece is the traditional pontian band "Ithikon Akmeotaton".

What's more "interesting" though is that, according to the same source, ERT has also approached a pop/rock(?) singer, called Salina (had to google her as i had never heard of her before ) and asked her to be with the band on stage...

I have no idea if and how this collaboration will work out in case those rumors turn out to be true... Let's wait and see!

Well I thought about that too at first but it's not only about the economy it will also have to do with the refugees, so I don't really know how it's going to be happy idek really what's going on
