What an amount of crap. So if you sing a catchy song in this style you're immediately a cheesy entertainer no matter how good you really are. That's just ridiculous.

Eleftheria Eleftheriou with the song Aphrodisiac is the choice of Greece to represent them in this year's Eurovision Song Contest. The song won the national selection programme Ellinikos Telikos 2012 and the winner was decided by a 50/50 mix of televoting and a jury.
Tonight from the River West department store in Athens, the Greek national final, Ellinikos Telikos 2012 was staged.
The programme was introduced by Maria Kozakou and Giorgos Frantzeskakis.
Loucas Yiorkas the Greek representative in the 2011 edition of Europe's Favourite TV Show performed his song Watch My Dance at the start of the show.
The four songs in the contest, were presented in the following order, and the winner was determined by a 50/50 mix of televoting and a jury. (Winner in bold).

No Parking sung by Velvet Fire
Aphrodisiac sung by Eleftheria Eleftheriou
The winning song Aphrodisiac is composed by Dimitris Stassos, Mikaela Stenström and Dajana Lööf.
Special guests on tonight's show included several 2012 entrants, they were Ivi Adamou from Cyprus, Sofia Marinova from Bulgaria and Anggun from France. There were also performances from two new and talented artists, Giorgos Sabanis and Christos P from Universal Music.
There were also video greetings and messages from various other 2012 entrants during the show, including Nina Zilli from Italy, Gatiana from Ukraine and Željko Joksimović from Serbia.
Greece will participate in the First Semi-Final in Baku on the 22nd May.

Unfortunantly you may be right, I don't think good looks should be such a important factor, but it's proven that it apparently is to some.I think we can all agree with that!! I believe that will play a factor in Baku to be honest. She comes across great on camera and is very photogenic.
