Altug, what can your goverment do for Greece?

A few months ago Kemal Kilicdaroglu (the leader of CHP) said a if they were elected and he became the prime minister, Turkey would help Greece. But AKP doesn't do anything. If Greece was an Arab country, they would have helped already!

Re: GREECE 2012

Greece is under...... DESTRUCTION!!!
I have gone lost oftimes inthe demonstrationsand idonot think that we have any other options...
Our economy has already been crashed, loans just give us more time.

But what canyou wait for a country which didnot pass the stages of serfdom and indrustrialism....
Anyway we will participate the next year but i suppose that we will be not so lucky in other year esc contests... :(

A help that arab countries can provide us is a cheque with 300 billion euros
We will have not problem with that :p

Anyway lets return to esc.....

Re: GREECE 2012

Imo it's finally time for Eleni Foureira with maybe a song in this style?

^ Foureira would be one of the best choices, I mentioned her above as well! But I don't know if this is possible, after all those problems that Greece is facing right now. If the situation gets better, why not? But I don't know what ERT is thinking for next year.

In my opinion this is horrible/pure crap³. Greece should go on the way it did the last two years.

Well, I don't know if there is any bigger and purer crap than "Opa"!

If Foureira participates, she wouldn't do it with a song like the one posted above, but with a song like "Ase Me" (uptempo and dance song written by Dimitri Stassos & Irini Michas, creators of "La Noche Es Para Mi")

Re: GREECE 2012

^ Ase me is much better and probably in a revised version (still too cheap now) could achieve success at ESC. Top10 will be hard though.

Malu and Aris, the Greek Idol 2 runner up and one of the best performers of that talent show, said that they would say "yes" to Eurovision, even with a duet! I personally prefer to see them solo, because as a duet I don't think they'd have the chemistry! Although they have a very good friendship, Aris is much shorter than Malu!

Foureira should NOT participate in Eurovision. She's currently the most successful newcomer in the music industry, her album was certified platinum, she's winning awards why would she participate in Eurovision? Plus, ERT does not support the contest anymore.

Re: GREECE 2012

Then half of all the contestants of last year should be left out..
I really don't like the attitude of ; Oh she's already a star, she doesn't belong there

For example ; Kate Ryan was already well known in West-Europe before the Eurovision but after she participated some markets became open for her like Poland, etc.

Why not?

I think she'd be a good choice.
