That’s my favourite of the night. Served pure drama, vocals, campery AND IN GERMAN
i honestly think it didn't really serve anything. it was not as bad as i thought but i had to think about the spanish song and in comparisong the spanish entry (which i dont really like either) and especially the performance is so much more over the top in every aspect that this is just lame.

Song 8: Marie Reim – "Naiv"
I’ve seen this song described as schlager, and it’s in German. It’s great to hear a song in a country’s native language. I'd say this was my favourite among the preview videos, but after tonight's live performance, I think I prefer the preview version. Anyway, Marie gave a good live performance tonight. I really like the full-length chorus, including the beat, and the various instruments that can be heard therein. Marie sang those instances of the chorus in a powerful manner tonight. I liked the inclusion of the fireworks on the final instance of the chorus, and smoke effectss on the earlier instances of the chorus, but I don't think the brief instances of strobe lighting were necessary. Some may consider this to be dated, but I consider this song to be timeless. This is one of the more memorable songs tonight. I'm mystified as to the need for the four men on stage though.

I really must have different speakers then most of you, because Marie really didn't bring the vocals for me. Let alone not even managing to hold the highlight note. Or move.

And now the only thing worse than Marie: Max.
